Kerian Cox, (stage name DIVERSE) is a drummer, percussionist and music producer living in Osaka, Japan. He was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida, USA.

At the age of 9, his music career started with West African drumming and dance in his Tallahassee community.
Kerian received his college degree in Music with a minor in Education from Florida A&M University. While in college, he served as section leader of drums and percussion in the world renown “Marching 100” marching band and principle tympanist of the University’s “Wind Symphony”. His passion of drums and percussion led him to playing drums across America and the world.

Kerian’s experience with music production and recording has lead to his music placed in American TV shows, and recording talented artists in America and Japan.

His future ambitions are to expand his record label, 1002Records, through Japan and Asia, produce talented artists, and have his music played on Japanese TV and commercials.
